Why make a page for Kryten?

Well, for one, he's my total favorite character in Red Dwarf. He is just so unbelievably FUNNY. While I adore ALL the characters (especially Rimmer!), Kryten just has to be the one who makes me laugh the most. He's so polite all the time (well, most of the time =P), and the way he reacts to certain situations is just so funny. To quote one of the more famous scenes, in Legion, episode 32, Rimmer asks Kryten to step up from Blue Alert to Red Alert, to which Kryten replies with all naive honesty, "Sir, are you absolutely sure? It does mean changing the bulb." Or the way he and Rimmer are suddenly blown into pieces and suddenly formed back into normal again in White Hole, to which all he says is: "Hmmm. Interesting." He's just really funny...and I could not find a single web page out there dedicated to him. There's tons for Rimmer, but what about Kryten? (There's no such thing as TOO many Rimmer pages, tho'...hee hee. ^.^) Anyway, Kryten is just so interesting...he spends so much of the series learning about humans and emotions, it's just so much fun seeing what he'll learn next and how he'll react. ^_^

I've noticed that in shows and movies where there's a main character who's some kind of of robot or android or whatever, he's almost ALWAYS my favorite character!! Like Data in Star Trek: TNG, Bender in Futurama, and C3PO (well, at least when I was little! =P) in Star Wars...isn't that odd...
